No personal data registered at Fænø will be transferred, sold or made available to a third party at any time. All information is stored in a secure manner and can only be accessed by trusted staff at Fænø. Information will be used to obtain better knowledge of visitors on our website. Such use may evolve around surveys and analysis strictly for purpose of improving our products, services and technologies.

In accordance with the Danish Act on the Processing of Personal Data, we provide registered information on demand and, if so requested, can erase data to the extent desired. Please note that no personal sensitive or personal identifiable information will be stored.

10. Protection of personal data

In accordance with the Danish Act on the Processing of Personal Data, your personal data must be stored securely and confidentially. We store your personal data on computers with restricted access, located in monitored facilities, and our safety precautions are continuously checked to determine whether our user data is being processed appropriately, always taking due account of your rights as a user. However, we cannot guarantee 100 per cent security when data is transferred via the Internet.
